Julián Varas, architect and critic, is co-editor of "Archipelagos: A Manual for Peripheral Buenos Aires" with Cary Siress and Marc Angélil—a book of interdisciplinary research dealing with the recent transformation of urban form in the periphery of Buenos Aires.
